Accounts & Access

Customers must provide accurate account information and maintain the confidentiality of login credentials. You are responsible for actions taken under your accounts.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with security features, attempt unauthorized access, or process data that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

AWM retains ownership of the platform, documentation, and related intellectual property. Customers own their data and grant us a limited license to operate the services.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed under an agreement and use it only for purposes allowed by the agreement.

Warranties & Disclaimers

We provide the services ‘as is’ except as expressly stated in a master agreement. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, each party’s aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate access for material breach if not cured within thirty days. Upon termination, you remain responsible for outstanding fees and must delete confidential materials as required.
